When We Are Closed

When the surgery is closed, cover is provided by Newdoc, the out of hour’s service. This service is commissioned by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board NHS Trust.

If you require a Doctor urgently and are not able to wait until the Surgery is next open, please contact the GP Out of Hours service on 111

You will be given advice by the ‘out of hours’ service and, if necessary, you will be offered an appointment at the ‘out of hours’ centre. Home visits are only for the housebound.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
