Accessing someone else’s information

As a parent, family member or carer, you may be able to access services for someone else. We call this having proxy access. 

To requests proxy access, please speak with a member of our reception team, or complete an admin request.

Unfortunately, the NHS Wales app doesn't allow you to access any other persons NHS account at the moment but this is something that they are working on.
