A GP will triage any medical requests and may call you for further information, send you a link to book an appointment, or ask you to call and book a non urgent appointment with the reception team.
You can use this service to advise of change of personal details, request repeat prescriptions, fit notes, test results or for any other administrative query.
From 16th October 2023, Plas Y Bryn will be live on the NHS Wales App. Here you will be able to view a brief summary of medication and allergies, book and cancel appointments, request repeat prescriptions.
Please note: The surgery does not have any involvement of the NHS Wales App, it is solely the responsibility of NHS Wales and if you do not have any photographic ID, you will not be able to access the app.
