For patients stabilised on certain medications, repeat prescriptions can be requested.
The right hand side of your prescription form can be used to order your medication. Please try to reorder medication using this side of your prescription. Tick the items you require and hand it in at reception.
Alternatively you can order your medication online via the link at the top of this page (please enquire in reception for the details regarding this service) or send your request by post enclosing an SAE.
A collection service is also available through some pharmacists – please enquire at your pharmacy if you wish to use their services.
*** COVID 19 - To help reduce the risk of spreading / catching the Coronavirus, when completing your repeat prescription request, either at the Surgery or online, please ensure you nominate a pharmacy to collect your medication from. Do not come back to the Surgery to collect your prescription request. Failure to nominate a Pharmacy may result in difficulties for you accessing medication. ***
Please allow 72 Hours for us to produce your prescription when ordering. Remember, the Pharmacy may take up to 7 days to get your prescription ready for collection.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
