Repeat Prescriptions

Please allow 72 Hours for us to produce your prescription when ordering.

Remember, the Pharmacy may take up to 7 days to get your prescription ready for collection

We cannot accept repeat prescription requests over the phone.

For patients stabilised on certain medication, repeat prescriptions can be requested.

You can order your medication online electronically by clicking here

Alternatively, you can also use the right hand side of your prescription form to order your medication. Simply tick the items you require and post it in the prescription box at the front door of the surgery. You can also send your requests in by post.

We cannot accept prescription requests over the phone

A collection service is also available through some pharmacists (Boots, Alexanders, Rowlands Chapel Street, Kings Mills, Borras, Rhosddu, Garden Village and St Georges Crescent) – please enquire at your pharmacy if you wish to use their services. The pharmacy does advise a 1 week turnaround for this service.

Medication Reviews - Action Required By Patients

Patients on a repeat prescription will require an annual check-up. If you suffer from any of the following conditions: Diabetes, Asthma, High Blood Pressure, COPD or Angina / Heart Attack, you will be contacted by our pharmacist, or a practice nurse during your birth month.
