Repeat Prescriptions

For patients stabilised on certain medications, repeat prescriptions can be requested.

Repeat medication requests can be made using My Health Online - if you haven't signed up complete the form and send it to us via email appts.w91022@wales.nhs.uk

The right hand side of your prescription form can be used to order your medication. Please try to reorder medication using this side of your prescription. Tick the items you require and hand it in at reception.

Alternatively, you can order your medication online via the link at the top of this page (please enquire in reception for the details regarding this service) or send your request by post enclosing an SAE. We do not accept prescription requests over the phone.

A collection service is also available through some pharmacists (Boots, Alexanders, Rowlands Chapel Street, Kings Mills, Borras, Rhosddu, Garden Village and St Georges Crescent) – please enquire at your pharmacy if you wish to use their services.

Please allow 72 Hours for us to produce your prescription when ordering. Remember, the Pharmacy may take up to 7 days to get your prescription ready for collection.

Medication Reviews - Action Required By Patients

Patients on a repeat prescription will require an annual check-up. If you suffer from any of the following conditions: Diabetes, Asthma, High Blood Pressure, COPD or Angina / Heart Attack please make an appointment to see a Nurse during your birth month.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
